HayleyA blog focused on cooking “sans lait” or without milk; This is about my culinary exploration throughout NYC and my own kitchen while not being limited by, but experimenting with new recipes for food allergies. Four years ago I found out that I was intolerant to cows milk and have been creating new recipes with dairy free alternatives as well as with goat and sheep milk products. I have also dabbled in gluten free options as well as desserts sweetened only with natural sugars.
